Service Levels
We offer comprehensive pipette calibration and repair services for virtually every brand of pipette.
Our technicians ensure your pipettes function to exact specifications by calibrating pipettes to specific industry standards.
We offer Gold, Silver and Bronze levels of calibration services.
ALL SERVICE LEVELS INCLUDE:
- Disassemble the pipette
- Thoroughly clean internal and external parts
- Polish piston and lubricate parts
- Replace seals, O-rings and friction rings, as needed, at no additional cost
- Calibrate pipette to ISO 8655 specifications
- No-smudge calibration sticker on every pipette
- Provide documentation of calibration service
- Maintain record of your service in database
- Notify you when follow-up service is due
